The goal of Everfil is to increase use of Recycled materials in insulation products. With the main material to produce padding being polyester fiber, we move towards replacing the use of virgin fibers with recycled fibers. This is a type of fiber that is recycled from PET plastic bottles after use.

EVER BIO uses from biodegradale fibers. Exhibit higher biodegradability compared to fibers that have not been treated for same period, it has been specifically developed to return to materials found in nature, in an effort to reduce the environment impact of microfibers and garments throughout their life.
This is a subtainable textile ingredient that is added to polyester and nylon during the melt extrusion process. It can be blened with either recycled or virgin fiber.

Wool insulation is superior to all other fibers in its ability to handle body moisture in both warm and cool environments. The porosity of the cells in the outer layers of wool fiber allows them to quickly and efficiently absorb and evaporate moisture. The porous structure also explains why wool is such a good thermal insulator, not to mention the mesh of the fibers, which creates millions of air pockets that further help to regulate temperature and humidity.
